Chelsea again, too much art already.

Enter a restaurant for lunch, Chelsea Square.

Police follows and arrests a small man rough face, silky hair and wearing black.

Resisting arrest, little violence, apparently he was drunk and broke a vitrine

on his way to the restaurant, finally leaves in an ambulance.
